Welcome!

I’m Andrea Wachter

Psychotherapist, meditation teacher, course creator, and author

For many years, I struggled with debilitating anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol abuse, and an eating disorder. The tools and support that helped me heal, combined with over three decades of experience as a psychotherapist, have become the foundation of the work I’m now honored to share with others.

I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. We all respond to different approaches at different times. What works best is a compassionate and flexible toolkit, one that evolves with you.
